#SocialMediaMonth Intro

Hi everyone! I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately about my blog; whether I should stop writing for a while to catch up on life or put work into it so I can flourish. This is always something I’ve done, even when it was a fleeting thought at points. I figured, why give up now? I just renovated a house, moved again, am currently looking for my first job in a year and a half, and still trying to start a family. There’s plenty to write about, so I’m going to push myself to do so.

That being said, I decided that the best way to push myself into keeping up better with my commitments is to basically drown myself with responsibility. It’s just the way I function. Weird, I know.

I decided to start a fun little challenge called #SocialMediaMonth where every week and weekend in July focuses on a different aspect of social media. Surprisingly, this really isn’t about me at all. It’s just about getting way more involved in the blogging community. If you participate, you’ll probably reap more benefits than I will in the long run, haha. Hopefully when July has passed, I’ll have a little bigger of a friend group and support system to help keep me on track and keep me motivated.

Anyone is more than welcome to participate in this. I started it for me, but I’m sure there are a lot of other bloggers that are out there that feel just like I do; like they need a giant kick in the pants to get back up on their game. If you or anyone you know decide to join in, I wish you nothing but the best of luck.

I’ll be posting a fully detailed schedule of the plans for every week and weekend of July on 6/28 (in two days) right here, so make sure you come check it out! I’d also appreciate it if you would share this post wherever you feel comfortable so everyone gets the chance to be involved if they’d like to be. Remember if you share this post to tag me @ForgedOpulence (basically everywhere except snapchat) and use the hashtag #SocialMediaMonth.

Hope to see you soon!

Project Pan 2017 Updates #4 & #5

As some of you know, for the last two months-ish, my husband and I have renovated a house and moved (again), so this update is long overdue.

Before we get into it, I will say that in the process of everything, my product inventory got deleted to the most recent backup (which was in February, because the file got too large to save after that), so I just decided to wing it.

The numbers you see might not be the most accurate, but I’m pretty sure they’re at least 90% correct. This is still a new and confusing process for me, so just hang in there! ♥

My Starting Inventory: $4,068.18

My Husband’s Inventory: $775.98

Products Bought ($): $178.55

Products Used ($): $104.29

Current Value (Combined): $5,919.55

Another little blurb about how I did these past few months: I’m actually pretty happy with the fact that my total inventory number only went up by a little over $20, but I’m still disappointed in the fact that I only used up a little over $100 worth of products. I know I was wickedly busy and barely had time to sleep (literally), but I feel like I could have been maybe just a tiny bit more focused. My skin feels that I’ve been slacking, trust me.

My goals for the next update: Since I clearly didn’t do as well as I wanted to, I shouldn’t have to explain that my “goals” turned into an epic fail since last update. I’m just going to concentrate on the same ones as last time. If you need a refresher of what those are, you can see them here.

Reviews:

Neutrogena Face Wash: I actually think this is called Acne Cream Cleanser or something, but I’m not sure. I had to toss this product because it went rancid on me (EW!). I used this for forever and it just stopped working for me after a while. It’s a decent drugstore product, but now that I’ve introduced myself to “luxury” skincare, I’m never looking back.

Bath & Body Works Oahu Body Wash: This is a pretty run-of-the-mill B&BW body wash. Nothing fantastic to say. It smelled nice, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to repurchase it.

Treehut Coconut Lime Sugar Scrub: I absolutely love these scrubs, and I use pretty much every scent they have. Will keep repurchasing for life. If you want to know more, I ranted about how much I love them in my last update (link is above).

Tresemmé Shampoo & Conditioner Samples (4): I hate these things. Unfortunately, the little foil packets I had didn’t have much information on them, but omg.. Please avoid. These dried the life out of my hair and it ended up taking me three days of constant deep conditioning to make it feel less like hay.

OGX Coconut Dry Oil: I think this is actually supposed to be used as a texturizing spray, but I don’t need more texture in my hair (thanks, but no thanks). I just use this as a little bit of an aid to comb my hair out when it gets absolutely unruly. It works okay. I’ll probably keep repurchasing until I find something better (that I can afford).

OGX Moroccan Argan Oil: I use this the same as the coconut dry oil. Same review, different product.

OGX Repairing Awapuhi & Ginger Shampoo: Seeing a trend yet? I lovelovelove this shampoo and will keep repurchasing. You can also check out a love-rant for this product in my last update.

YesTo Grapefruit Facial Wipes: I really don’t like these at all. I find that they dry the crap out of my face and they’re actually pretty painful if you use them around your eyes for any reason whatsoever. These do come in handy if you have a fresh breakout, though. If you wipe your face with these right before you go to bed, I find that I woke up and my acne was visibly less horrific. Even still, will never repurchase.

Dove Dry Oil Moisture  Body Wash: I hated this. Absolutely awful. The body was itself wasn’t bad at all, but I couldn’t stand the smell. It was almost like I was washing myself in mildew? Gross, I know, but that’s the only way I can describe it. Don’t recommend; won’t repurchase.

L’Oreal Extraordinary Curls Hair Mask: I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS. The smell was to die for and it worked super well at conditioning my hair. I think I used this once (obviously, it was a foil), but I didn’t have to condition my hair for about four days afterward. Once I get through all of my conditioners, I’m totally going to purchase this.

Nivea In Shower Moisturizer (2): I had the regular one and the cocoa butter one. I have to say that they’re both nothing to rush out and buy. They smell weird (both of them smell like baby powder) and they also leave a visible film on your skin, no matter how thorough you are with rinsing. Don’t recommend; wouldn’t purchase.

Philosophy Take A Deep Breath Moisturizer: This was just an average moisturizer in my opinion. I actually think it might have been a little too light for my skin, because I had to reapply twice throughout the day when I tried to use this. I know a lot of people love it, but I’m not a fan.

Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar Moisturizer: Different product, but I have the exact same feelings as the one above. Not for me.

The Créme Shop Milk Sheet Mask: I bought this for $1 off of ShopMissA, and let me tell you, you get what you pay for. This wrecked my skin. My face was red with little irritation bumps on it for days after I used this mask. I still have a few to get through, but once they’re all done, I’m never making that mistake again.

Suave Honey Infusion Shampoo: I actually really liked this shampoo. It felt like it cleaned my hair without stripping it, it had a nice light scent that lingered, and it kept my hair feeling like hair and didn’t turn it into a hay bale. I have my ride or die shampoo already, but if I was in a pinch and needed something, this is the first thing I’d run out to buy. Definitely recommend.

Nubian Heritage Honey & Blackseed Soap: I use this soap when my skin (on my body, of course) is having little freak out episodes. It works really well to keep everything balanced and calm. It also smells absolutely fantastic. I would absolutely recommend and will repurchase once I run out of backups.

Bath & Body Works Honey Sweetheart Body Wash: Same as the review all the way at the top. I actually like this scent, though, so I would repurchase if the opportunity presented itself. The scent of this particular product pairs brilliantly with everything! If you haven’t tried it, you should pick one up when B&BW brings back their OG scents.

Philosophy Christmas Cookie Body Wash: I love this body wash. It’s $18 so it’s literally just a treat, but oh man is it worth it. It’s so creamy and moisturizing, and it has a light vanilla scent. I repurchase one of these every year around the holidays, and I recommend that you do too!

That was everything for this round! Like I said, I would have liked to do a little  better, but some progress is better than zero progress….Especially when you have as big of a collection as I do.

If you want to check out a picture of my empties for this month, it’s up on my Instagram, as usual. Leave me a like or a comment for some encouragement!

Updates #2 & #3: Project Pan 2017

If you remember, I wrote this post to let you guys know that my life has been pretty crazy as of late, but I’d give you a combo update on my year long Project Pan. Here it is! Thank you for sticking with me and I’m sorry for the long wait. This’ll be a little long, but I’ll cut it into sections like normal. Just skip around until you see what you’re looking for! Or help a girl out and read the whole post and leave your encouragements because I need them♥

I’ve decided to do my calculations a little differently since I was crap about keeping up with the dates which I purchased things. Below are the categories that are here to stay! Side Note: My Husband’s inventory was well needed, because he also has a lot of products just sitting that he often forgets that he has. Since he doesn’t have nearly as much as I do, I’ve just combined his starting inventory, products bought, and products used. All of the other three categories are all me and they’re on a rolling calculation starting 01/01/2017 instead of monthly. (Send help)

My Starting Inventory: $4,068.18

My Husband’s Inventory: $822.80

Products Bought ($): $1,189.03

Products Used ($): $194.74

Current Value (Combined): $5,892.11

For my little blurb about how I did: I know I said I wasn’t really going to start being hard on myself until after this update…but holy cow. I feel like a hoarder? Kinda? And I clearly have a shopping problem, which is really ironic considering that I don’t work. I really need to start moving through my vast collection, since I already know that I would never repurchase most of the things I already have. There’s not a point in holding onto the stuff for “eventually” because it’s been way too long already.

My Goals for May: I really want to start working on my collection to tailor it to my wants and needs instead of just a mass of bleh. That being said, there are some specific things I wanted to work on for next month. Hopefully setting some goals will help me keep focus and really power through some products.

I’d like to work through all of my samples (not deluxe sizes, just foil packets and little pots, etc.), use one moisturizer of any size, use one serum, use one acne treatment, and work on my hair products and masks. Now, I’m not going to be too upset if I don’t finish much – I really just want to get a jumpstart on as much as I can before I move next month.

Something New: In order to keep myself on track, I think that for the next month (until my next update), I’m going to post weekly on Instagram with photos of the products I’ve managed to get used up. I think this might be really fun considering the whole “working through samples” thing. Also, please let me know if you’d like to see my hauls posted on Instagram so you can see exactly what I’m spending my money on. I was considering it, but only if you guys would be interested in seeing what I’m adding to my collection.

Reviews:

OGX Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo: I’ve already touched on how I feel about this shampoo. It’s basically holy grail at this point. Shame I can’t find it anywhere in stores lately! If you want to see a more in depth review, please check out my last update post.

Bath & Body Works Hawaii Passionfruit Kiss Shower Gel: This has a nice floral scent. Nothing to complain or rave about. This shower gel just works for me, and I’ve been using Bath & Body Works for as long as I can remember and I don’t really intend on changing that any time soon. Nothing fun to say about this one!

Treehut Coconut Lime Body Lotion: I absolutely love this lotion. I only recently discovered this brand and I have yet to find a product that I don’t love using. This smells amazing (coconut lime, duh), and the scent isn’t overpowering. The lotion absorbs fairly quickly and doesn’t leave me sticky, but at the same time it does a wonderful job of moisturizing my skin for hours. Also, this doesn’t contain any parabens so it’s safe for use everywhere, which I really appreciate. If you haven’t tried this brand, I seriously think you should!

Dove Go Fresh Pomegranate & Lemon Verbena Deodorant: I love this deodorant and I’ve been using it for years, but I think it’s time to part ways. For years, I’ve had issues with blackheads and general irritation under my arms and I just got tired of it. That being said, I’ve switched to a natural aloe deodorant and I don’t think I’ll be going back to this unless there’s an extenuating circumstance. However, I would still recommend it as it smells wonderful and keeps me fresh and dry all day.

Dove Men +Care Clean Comfort Deodorant: This is another deodorant I tried in order to get my underarms under control. It didn’t work, obviously. This actually made my skin pretty red and sore and it also didn’t even smell good enough to make it worth it. Would not recommend at all, not even for your man friends.

Tom’s of Maine Long Lasting Deodorant in Maine Woodspice: Once again, another deodorant that didn’t work for me at all. It actually gave me the same reaction that the Dove Men +Care did, which is strange. However, this did smell amazing. I would repurchase this one if my skin wasn’t so incredibly finicky. That being said, I think it’s a good deodorant and I would still recommend it. It unfortunately just didn’t work for me the way that I would have liked.

Bath & Body Works Hand Sanitizers in Warm Apple Cider, Island Nectar, and Sweet Tangerine: Nothing fantastic to say about these, as they’re just better smelling, run of the mill hand sanitizers. I will say, though.. that the Sweet Tangerine scent is absolutely amazing. I’ll keep repurchasing these for the foreseeable future, just not until I get through my backstock.

Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo: I really liked this dry shampoo. It’s “blonde” tinted, but being that I’m blonde, I don’t have an issue with that. The scent is also pretty strong, but I didn’t find that it clashed with my perfumes or lotions. Also, when you’re on third day bed hair, a scented dry shampoo is where it’s at. I don’t know about you, but my hair just starts smelling like body after a day or so (yuck), but this dry shampoo fixes my hair right up pretty nicely. I would definitely recommend it if you’re not sensitive to scents and you’re looking for an awesome dry shampoo.

BioClarity Restore Gel: This is part of a three step system that I haven’t fully gotten through yet, otherwise a full review would already exist. Honestly, I’m really disappointed in this product. It’s supposed to be used as a finishing lotion, essentially. However, I found that this leaves a green tint on my face, interferes with my makeup, and it breaks me out! I was using this for months and could not figure out why I kept breaking out. This is why. That’s all I’ll say on this for now, but keep your eye out for the full review!

Ouai Haircare Treatment Masque: This is definitely an interesting product. I used this in my hair before a shower – I just brushed it through and waited about 15 minutes to wash it out and go on with my regular routine. While I wouldn’t buy the full sized product because of the packaging, I will say that this did wonders for my hair. It made it so soft and so much easier to deal with. I also noticed that while I was using this, my hair wasn’t as tangled as usual. I will say that the scent is very overpowering, though, but if you use it like I did, there shouldn’t be any issues. I would absolutely recommend this and I would totally purchase it if they would just change the darn packaging.

The Color Workshop Red Nail Polish: I can’t even begin to tell you how old this polish is, but it still worked just fine! Just your run of the mill red polish. Nothing phenomenal or interesting to say about it. For some reason, I think you can probably still find this brand at places like Walmart, but I could be wrong. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with buying this polish if you’re in the market for something cheap but decent. However, I wouldn’t repurchase because I prefer OPI and I also have a massive stash of polish already.

L’Oreal Voluminous Original Mascara in Black: This has been my holy grail mascara for as long as I’ve been wearing makeup. This lengthens and thickens my lashes without making them clumpy. It’s just perfection and I would recommend this to anyone and everyone if I had the platform to do so. You really can’t go wrong with this product, and I have nothing negative to say about it.

Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes: These have always been my holy grail makeup remover wipes, since they’re the only thing I’ve found that takes off waterproof makeup without hurting my skin in any way. However, I will say that I can not use these without cleansing my face. They’re incredibly oily, so I wouldn’t suggest leaving that mess on your skin. But nevertheless, I’ll probably always continue to repurchase these and I would recommend them with caution if you have finicky or sensitive skin.

LUSH Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb: I know that this bath bomb was from Christmas, but I legitimately hoard these until I can’t anymore. I love my LUSH bath products. I would absolutely repurchase this and recommend it if they continue to bring it back for the holiday season. It just smells like nature and it’s wonderful. I can’t even begin to describe how much I like this product.

LUSH Intergalactic Bath Bomb: This bath bomb is one I’m not too fond of. I’m not a fan of mint scents, but I have to say that this is absolutely beautiful when you use it. It’s also pretty decent to use when you’re sick to try to relax your body and open up your sinuses a little bit. That being said, I would recommend since I know a lot of people love this bomb, but I wouldn’t repurchase unless I was really stuffed up and couldn’t get relief. I don’t hate this bath bomb, it’s just not for me.

Epic Soap Co. Bacon Soap: I’ve already written a full review on this product that you can see here. I will say though, that everything I said stands true still and I personally wouldn’t repurchase unless it was in a different scent.

Treehut Passionfruit & Guava Sugar Scrub: My glowing review of the lotion above extends to this sugar scrub. It works really well while smelling amazing, not irritating my skin, and doing an excellent job of exfoliating my skin. This is actually the only thing I’ll use to exfoliate my face. Since I have combo skin, my dry patches are really  dry and my oily patches are just ugh and this scrub does a really good job of giving me an even surface to work with. I absolutely recommend this and will continue to repurchase.

TonyMoly Tea Tree Sheet Mask: This is the only brand of sheet masks I’ll use from K Beauty just for personal reasons. That being said, this was a good mask and I would definitely recommend and repurchase. It did a nice job of calming down my irritated skin without adding any extra issues. It wasn’t life changing, but I have nothing negative to say at the same time.

Seventh Heaven Tea Tree Peel Off Mask: This mask wasn’t anything too fantastic. Pretty much your run-of-the-mill drugstore peel off face mask. I will say, however, that this dried the living hell out of my face and it definitely got rid of any baby hairs that had cropped up. This was surprisingly painful to peel off haha. That being said, there was something oddly satisfying about this mask, so I would definitely repurchase.

Tarte Frxxxion Stick: I’m pretty sure that’s how you spell it, but you get the gist nonetheless. This is supposed to be a mild exfoliating cleanser, and it definitely does what its marketed to do. This product is very mild but still works at the same time, and does a good job at light exfoliation. However, I think the full price is something around $28 and there’s no way in the world that I’d pay that much for this. It goes so incredibly fast and is pretty difficult to use while in the shower (there are two caps). It’s good, but not good enough for the price tag, in my opinion.

That’s all for this update! I’m sorry it took so long to get this to you, and I’m also sorry that it’s so insanely long. However, from here on out I can tell you that they’ll probably all be this long. But, I’ll keep breaking it up into sections like usual so you only have to read what your’e interested in.

I hope you enjoyed! Please feel free to leave me comments, encouragement, criticism, or suggestions to help keep me motivated to get through my stash. I’d greatly appreciate it! Also, make sure to follow me on Instagram to see photos of my monthly Project Pan empties as well as my little weekly updates. Let me know if you’d like to see haul pictures like I mentioned above! This Title is Redundant (2)

While on my quest to find some interesting challenges or quizzes I could do for my more relaxed posts, I came across this one and I just had to do it. The questions aren’t mundane and generic like normal quizzes, so I figured: why not? So here goes. Hope you learn something fun!

1. What is your middle name? Not telling ;P But its generic, if it makes you feel better.

2. What was your favorite subject in school? Biology. Total nerd, and I have no shame. I loved it so much that I was pre-med in college. Talk about self-punishing hahaha.

3. What is your favorite drink? I literally had to ask my husband because I couldn’t pick one. He said water and I made a face at him. But, aside from water, I’d have to say Cucumber Lime Gatorade. It’s DELICIOUS.

4. What is your favorite song at the moment? Pentatonix’s cover of “Where Are You Now” by Justin Bieber. I love Mitch’s voice. Its so heavenly, really.

5. What is your favorite food? I don’t really have one. I just know that if its super bland, there’s a good chance of me liking it. Weird, huh? My husband thinks so too.

6. What is the last thing you bought? Well, I went to Target and bought another ELF makeup brush, but aside from that, I haul from Lush constantly. And I have no regrets about that. Check out my Lush Hauls on Instagram

7. What is your favorite book of all time? “Someone Like You” by Sarah Dessen. I know it’s a pre-teen book, but I’ve read that thing so many times that it’s practically falling apart.

8. What is your favorite color? Yellow! It’s just such a happy color, you know? Can’t go wrong with yellow.

9. Do you have any pets? I have two wonderful kitties 🙂 The black cat is a 6 year old female named George, and her gray sidekick is a one year old female named Delilah. They’re my babies♥

10. What is your favorite perfume? Super cliche but I’m going to have to go with Victoria’s Secret’s “LoveSpell” – It’s the one perfume that I’ve never gotten tired of.. Not to mention that I always have at least three bottles of it hanging around my house.

11. What is your favorite holiday? I have two and they’re tied. July 4th and Christmas. I go nuts for those two, I swear. I drive my husband up the wall every six months. You can see the picture of last year’s Christmas tree here (it’s GORGEOUS).

12. Are you married? I am! In case you couldn’t tell from my answers above. I just got married in the beginning of 2016 and I couldn’t be happier. He’s my best friend and my partner in crime. I never thought I could find someone who could keep up with me, but I’m ecstatic that I did. I post tons of pictures of us on my Instagram if you’re interested♥

13. Have you ever been out of the country? I don’t know if you would consider this out of the country, but I went to Hawaii once for about a week and a half when I was fifteen. It was amazing and I’d probably kill to be able to go again at least once more in my lifetime.

14. Do you speak any other language? I’m certified in the French language. It’s really shame that I don’t utilize that more often, now that I think about it. It’s such a beautiful language.

15. How many siblings do you have? I’m an only child. And before you say anything, no.. I wasn’t spoiled and I didn’t get my way constantly. Not every only child is a pud, for lack of a better term haha.

16. What is your favorite shop? Lush, obviously. I can’t get enough of that store, and I don’t think that’ll ever change. Absolutely in love.

17. What is your favorite restaurant? I don’t really have a particular “favorite” – Its really anywhere that serves a good breakfast, since that’s my favorite meal.

18. When is the last time you cried? Honestly, I cry all the time because my anxiety is a bitch. Not even going to try to lie on that one. I have no shame. Shit happens.

19. What is your favorite blog? I just have to say mine by default, lol. Nothing against anyone else, but I think mine is the best expression of myself and I absolutely love it. Also, check me out on BlogLovin if you haven’t already♥

20. What is your favorite movie? It’s a tie between a really weird B movie called “Strange Wilderness” and “The Notebook” of course.

21. What is your favorite TV show? Supernatural! Team Dean all the way. He’s super hunky 😉

22. PC or Mac? Mac hands down. Easiest answer ever.

23. What phone do you have? I have an iPhone 5S. I’d love to upgrade, but unfortunately, the newer phones are wayyyy too big for my little baby hands haha.

24. How tall are you? I’m five feet, two and a half inches tall. Because the half counts.

25. Can you cook? Of course I can! That doesn’t mean I do it all that frequently, but I can make a bitchin’ penne alla vodka. There’s actually a picture of it on my Instagram; you should go take a look.
That’s all for this post. Once again, I hope you learned something fun about the girl behind the blog. And I certainly hope you enjoyed some of the pictures. If you’ve done this quiz, please leave your link in a comment on here so I can go learn a little bit more about you too!

Clearing Digital Clutter

Hey lovelies! Here’s another lifestyle post for you. I feel like I don’t do nearly enough of these…

Anyway, I figured you might benefit from a few ways I keep my digital clutter in check. Now, what is digital clutter you may ask? Personally, I define it at anything that makes me go, “Ugh” when I think about it. Keep reading to find out what my “clutter” was and how I’m managing it now.

Instagram ♥s:

I know this is kind of silly, but I’m the type of person that scrolls back through posts I’ve liked on Instagram to see if there’s anything that can be useful to me today. I tend to like really cool recipes, blog posts, tips and tricks posts, or things that I just find pretty. One night I noticed that they had gotten totally out of hand and every time I scrolled down a little more, I realized how much nonsense I had liked. In order to get this under control and use my Instagram ♥s as a reference when needed, I made a goal to un♥ about 30 posts a night until I was where I wanted to be. It took me about a month in total, but it was well worth it, at least for me personally.

Follows:

This means follows on your blog, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube..really anything you can follow someone/a page/a group on. I make sure to go through my feeds about once a month and make sure that the people I follow are still posting content relevant to my life. Every once in a while, I’ll give someone a follow because I like them as a person without really knowing what kind of content they post. When I get bombarded with memes or articles that have zero to do with my life, I’ll go through again and make the cuts as necessary. By doing this every so often, you’re ensuring that what you see on a daily basis are things you’re actually interested in and could even benefit from.

Phone Apps:

This one is pretty easy, but it does require some effort. If you’re getting tired of all of the apps cluttering up your phone so you can’t see your pretty background image, take about an hour and just get rid of some. Make sure you go into each folder on every page of your phone and ask yourself,“Have I used this in the last 30 days?” If the answer is no, hit the (X). Chances are, if you haven’t used that particular app in a month or more, you won’t miss it. If there comes a time when you need to use that one random app, you can always re-download it, no harm done.

Contacts:

This is the second most important type of Digital Clutter that you need to clear out ASAP. If you’ve ever wondered why your weird ex keeps popping up in your recommended on everything, your contacts are to blame. If you’re keeping anyone’s information handy that you don’t need or don’t want anymore, they’re going to stick around until its gone. There was a study published a while ago pointing out that once you download the Facebook App on your phone, it shows you people and pages based on the contacts you keep. The same goes for your tablet and computer, too. Make sure you get rid of those creeps once and for all!

Spam/Subscription Emails:

This is the most important thing you will read in this whole article. Spam and Subscription Emails are a huge one for a ton of people, and I’m no different. I let my emails accrue for two weeks when I was moving down to Florida and had thousands I had to sort through to get to what I actually needed. To combat this, I started checking my email once in the morning and once at night before bed. During that process, if I noticed something that was spam or that I just wasn’t interested in anymore, I immediately unsubscribed from that listing. The word “immediately” is the key for this tip to actually work. If you let those emails build up in your spam folder because eventually you’ll unsubscribe from them, you never will. And in the meantime, you’ll continue receiving Viagra and SeXyAsIaNwOmEnNoW ads. Just do it. You’ll feel better in the end, I promise.

I hope these tips and tricks have helped you clear a little bit of your digital clutter, and hopefully you feel better because of it. Let me know how your decluttering experience was, or if I missed anything! As always, I’d love to know your opinion.
